He has experience in implementing Payroll solutions across the African Continent, Oracle HCM project delivery and currently participating in project lead generation activities across Mauritius and the East Africa region. Beginning his career in Cisolve International Ltd in 2010, Gulshun joined Popay International Ltd – Mauritius – in 2014 as an HR and Payroll Consultant. At Popay, he implemented Payroll for some 15 different legislations and successfully delivered 50+ Payroll projects across Mauritius and the African Continent.
He joined Spoon Consulting as Senior Oracle HCM Consultant in January 2023, where he specialised and certified in modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Benefits and Absence Management. He participated in Oracle HCM project delivery in the Retail, Mining and Insurance industries. In July 2025, he took up the role of ERP Business Lead Consultant to drive pre-sales and sales activities.

Frederic is a Senior Executive Consultant with 35+ years of experience in Management and IT Consulting. He has experience in advising customers, selling software and delivering business solutions in the Industrial and Services industry sectors. Customers include telecommunications operators, financial institutions, computer manufacturers, retailers, paper manufacturers and transportation companies. Glenat has worked in international positions in Russia, US, Italy, Switzerland, Mauritius and the UK. Beginning his career in Andersen Consulting in 1985, Frederic joined Oracle France in 1994 as a manager in the emerging consulting business. He joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1997, and a year later established an Oracle Consulting practice, becoming a Partner in 2000. After the acquisition of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting business by IBM in 2002, Frederic led the French/ Belgium/ North Africa IBM BCS Oracle practice, with a team of more than 200 people. He joined Oracle in the Central Eastern Europe & CIS Region in May 2005 where he was Vice-President in the Applications Sales BU for Central Eastern Europe & CIS Region, with a team of more than 200 people. He joined Kertios Consulting in October 2008 where he was managing Kertios International business with the responsibility of the ERP/ HCM practice and the leadership of the Moscow office that he created in 2010. Frederic joined Spoon Consulting as Senior Advisor in April 2023.
