There is a co-located exhibition at the Navigate 2009 User Conference. Some 20 Oracle Partners will showcase their latest products and services. All conference catering and networking will take place in the exhibition hall which is designed according to the theme:
“Under the Sea”.

Please note that exhibitors must have Oracle Partner status: Partner, Certified Partner or Certified Advantage Partner.

The walk-on stand package includes:

1x lockable cupboard
1x customised banner (exhibitor to keep post event). Design specs are provided below. Artwork due by exhibitor on Monday, 1 June for printing and installing. Please deliver the artwork on CD ROM to Rene Richardson at Coolcumba Communications and include a printed sample.
1x brochure stand
1x cocktail table
2x barstools
1 x 42" plasma screen and hire for the duration of the conference
1x fishing net ceiling feature above with decorative hangings
1x fascia board with vinyl company name
2 x generic strip graphics either side of cupboard (property of event managers)
2 x spots
2 x plug points

The Durban ICC is wireless. No fixed Internet points are included in the cost.

2 additional rolla banners to be erected at your stand
