Travel / Transfers

We would urge you to travel safely to Sun City for the SAOUG2011 Conference.

All bookings must be done direct with the travel companies, including payments before transfer commence.

Travel Time:

Ensure to leave 2.5 hours for travelling to Sun City from airports and enough time for flight delays.

For your return flight on Wednesday, 16 November, ensure to leave 2.5 hours for Sun City transfer and 2 x hours for check-in at O Tambo Airport (Johannesburg) or 1 x hour for check-in at Lanseria Airport (Johannesburg).

Note:

There is a sport event at Sun City on the Sunday morning, which may cause some accommodation problems for Saturday evening (especially if you would like to play golf).  Please book EARLY to avoid unavailability and check your transfers to and from the airports.
