Registration Terms and Conditions 

Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.
2. Payment is due prior to the start of the Conference.(no access will be permitted without payment)
3. An invoice with the Conference bank details will be sent to you within 48 hours of receipt of you registration. Please make payment once you have received this invoice to assist us with identifying your payment in the Conference bank account.
4. Receipts will only be issued once proof of payment has been received, and once the payment has cleared and been identified in the Conference bank account.
5. Proof of payment is to be emailed or faxed to Madele Ferreira madele@soafrica.com

6. Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid for , with their unique pin number. (Name, Surname, pin number).
7. All payments must be made payable to SAOUG2011 Oracle User Conference .
8. Registrations are transferable to delegates who have not yet registered.
9.

Delegates attending from countries outside South Africa are requested to make payment in South African Rands (ZAR) and are responsible to cover the bank charges.  The full delegate registration fee amount invoiced must appear in the conference bank account.  Should this not be the case, the delegate will need to pay the difference in cash on site before being allowed to participate in the Conference .

10. Online registration will close on Wednesday 9 November 2011.

 

Cancellation Policy: 

1. All cancellations must be received in writing to the Conference Secretariat.(madele@soafrica.com)
2. Cancellations received before 31 May 2011 will receive a full refund, less a 10% administration fee.
3. Cancellation received between 01 June 2011 and 31 July 2011 will receive a 50% refund.
4. No refunds will be issued for cancellation received after 01 August 2011
5. All refunds due will only be issued after the Conference.
6. The Organising committee reserves the right to decline a request for a refund.
7 No Show as will not be refunded and you are still be liable for full payment.

 

Privacy Statement 

1.     All information submitted on this website is supplied by you voluntarily

6.   Scatterlings Conference & Events shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal

     information of delegates

7.   For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the

      Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).  The PAIA may be downloaded
